Why I Created This Course

We all know that in order to accomplish our own goals as well as the goals of our organizations, we need to use power and influence effectively.  But not everyone is comfortable with what it takes to exert power and influence.

This course has two objectives.  First, you will learn the method that I featured in my 2017 book Reach to help you successfully step outside your comfort zone in any situation.

This method has been used by individuals in companies around the world to achieve success.

Next, you will have access to high quality tools and frameworks for learning to successfully step outside your comfort zone to exert your power and influence.  The goal is to help you find a way to handle these situations successfully and in a manner that feels natural and comfortable for you.
