Other courses teach people about cultural differences. But this course teaches people how to adapt and adjust their behavior in a new culture in light of these differences.

What is Global Dexterity?

Global Dexterity is an approach towards adapting behavior across cultures that is based on peer-reviewed academic research and on the award-winning Harvard Business Review book “Global Dexterity.” The method is highly practical and has been successfully used around the world in a wide range of Fortune 500 companies to help people learn to adapt their behavior across cultures without losing themselves in the process.

What is the Global Dexterity Certification Program?

The Global Dexterity Certification is an opportunity to learn the method directly from its creator Andy Molinsky and two experienced practitioners (Kinga Białek and Melissa Hahn). By completing the certification, participants also become authorized to integrate Global Dexterity concepts, tools, and methods into their own professional practice. And, following the program, participants join our collaborative, global alumni community.

Over the years, she has assisted numerous clients in their language learning journeys, expanding their horizons in personal interests, careers, relationships, living environments, and ways of thinking.

Language learning involves understanding the culture and context behind the words and expressions. When engaging in communication with individuals from different cultural backgrounds, respecting and understanding their culture becomes essential.

Moreover, there may be psychological barriers when using a foreign language. In intercultural communication, individuals may find it challenging to express themselves authentically. Yuko takes a personalized approach, empathizing with each client’s unique needs and supporting them in overcoming psychological barriers using methods that suit them best.

Her approach extends beyond technical aspects and emphasizes cultivating flexibility and understanding for intercultural communication, empowering clients to enjoy rich language exchange experiences.
