Most intercultural training stops at awareness. Your clients leave knowing more about cultural differences but still unsure what to actually do when they’re sitting across the table from someone whose cultural code is completely different from their own. This program closes that gap.
Global Dexterity is a research-backed method for helping people adapt their behavior across cultures without losing themselves in the process. It has been used in Fortune 500 companies, global nonprofits, and executive programs around the world. And unlike most intercultural frameworks your clients have already seen, this one gives practitioners a concrete, repeatable system for diagnosing cultural challenges and actually solving them.
This program is designed for coaches, trainers, HR professionals, and intercultural consultants who want a methodology that sets them apart. You will leave with a fully deployable framework, a library of ready-to-use training materials, and the credentials to back it up.
And you will learn it directly from the researcher who spent 20 years building it.
This is your opportunity to learn the Global Dexterity method directly from the researcher who created it, and to become one of a select group of practitioners worldwide authorized to use it with your own clients.
Over the course of the program, Andy walks you through the full methodology, from diagnosing cultural challenges to helping clients make real, lasting behavioral adjustments. You leave with a complete toolkit of training materials, the credentials to back up your expertise, and a place in a global community of practitioners doing this work on six continents.
It is hands-on, practical, and taught entirely by Andy himself.
Most intercultural training teaches people about cultural differences. Global Dexterity teaches people what to actually do about them.
Developed by Andy Molinsky through years of peer-reviewed academic research and field-tested in Fortune 500 companies and global organizations around the world, Global Dexterity is a practical, behavioral method for helping people adapt how they communicate and work across cultures. The core insight is simple but powerful: adapting to a new cultural context does not mean abandoning who you are. It means learning to adjust specific behaviors in specific situations, in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.
The method is the foundation of Andy’s award-winning Harvard Business Review Press book Global Dexterity, which has been used in executive programs, MBA classrooms, and corporate training rooms across the globe.

Andy Molinsky created the Global Dexterity method after years of research into why smart, well-intentioned people still struggle to work effectively across cultures. He is a professor at Brandeis University’s International Business School, a contributor of 50+ articles to Harvard Business Review, and the author of four books including the award-winning Global Dexterity (Harvard Business Review Press). His work has reached professionals in Fortune 500 companies, global nonprofits, and military organizations including NATO’s Senior War College. He runs this program personally and is involved in every session.

Who is this program designed for?
Coaches, trainers, HR and L&D professionals, intercultural consultants, academics, and anyone who works with people navigating cultural differences in professional settings. The program welcomes participants at all experience levels. If you are newer to intercultural work, this is a highly accessible place to start. If you are already working in this space, you will find that Global Dexterity complements and deepens the cultural frameworks you already use rather than replacing them.
How is Global Dexterity different from other intercultural frameworks?
Most intercultural training focuses on understanding cultural differences — learning that Germans tend to be direct, or that Japanese business culture values hierarchy. That knowledge is useful, but it leaves people on their own when it comes to actually changing their behavior in the moment. Global Dexterity is a behavioral method. It gives practitioners a concrete, repeatable system for helping clients diagnose their specific challenges and make real adjustments, without asking them to abandon who they are.
How much time does the program require each week?
Plan for roughly three to four hours per week. That includes two live 90-minute group sessions per month, peer learning partner calls, and practical homework assignments designed to build your fluency with the method in real-world contexts.
How involved is Andy in the program?
Completely. Andy leads every session personally. This is not a self-guided course with occasional check-ins. He is present, engaged, and accessible throughout. If you have questions, you bring them to Andy directly.
What am I actually authorized to do once I'm certified?
Upon completing the program you become a certified Global Dexterity Trainer, authorized to integrate Global Dexterity concepts, tools, and frameworks into your own professional practice. That means you can use the method with your coaching, training, consulting, and teaching clients. There are no additional licensing fees.
Is this right for someone newer to intercultural work?
Absolutely. The program welcomes participants at all experience levels, from seasoned intercultural consultants to coaches and trainers who are just beginning to work in this space. The method is designed to be practical and immediately applicable, meaning you do not need a background in cross-cultural psychology to get real value from it quickly. If you already work with cultural frameworks like Hofstede or Meyer, you will find that Global Dexterity complements and deepens that work rather than replacing it.
What happens after I complete the program?
You join a global community of certified practitioners doing this work on six continents, get listed on the Global Dexterity website as a certified trainer, and retain ongoing access to the digital training library. Most participants begin integrating the method into their client work within 30 days of finishing.
Can I see a sample of the training materials before enrolling?
Yes. Reach out directly and Andy will share a sample so you can see exactly what you are getting before you commit.
How does pricing work?
The program is $2,200, available as a single payment or four installments of $550. Pricing is all-inclusive with no additional licensing fees to use the materials with your own clients.
